Where we ship

Muse & Fur currently ships within the United States.

Production and delivery

Each piece is made when you order it. Estimated timeline from order placement to delivery:

• Order processing and quality review: 1 to 2 business days
• Production (printing, framing, inspection): 3 to 5 business days
• Shipping transit: 3 to 7 business days depending on destination
• Total estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking updates include order confirmed, in production, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. You can also check status through your account dashboard.

Shipping issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact hello@museandfur.com. We'll coordinate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Bespoke commissions

Bespoke portraits through The Atelier have a longer timeline due to the consultation and revision process. Total delivery time for bespoke pieces is typically two to three weeks. Specifics will be confirmed at the time of your initial concept.
